Code of Conduct

The SACH Institute is committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and inclusive environment during all conferences, trainings, and institutional programs.

Participants are expected to interact respectfully with fellow attendees, speakers, and organizers, and to conduct themselves in a professional manner throughout the event.

Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, disruptive behavior, or any conduct that undermines the safety and dignity of participants will not be tolerated.

The Institute reserves the right to remove individuals from events without refund if they violate this Code of Conduct.



Youth Ambassador Policy

The Youth Ambassador Program of The SACH Institute engages emerging leaders who support outreach, awareness, and dialogue related to the Institute’s initiatives.

Ambassadors serve as voluntary representatives who promote participation in conferences, support institutional campaigns, and contribute to community engagement.

Ambassadors are not employees or legal representatives of the Institute and are not authorized to collect payments, sign agreements, or issue official documents on behalf of the Institute.

Misuse of the ambassador title or misrepresentation of affiliation may result in termination of ambassador status.



Legal & Policies

The SACH Institute is committed to maintaining the highest standards of transparency, professionalism, and institutional integrity in all its programs, conferences, trainings, and international initiatives.

This page outlines the policies governing participation in programs organized by the Institute, including privacy protection, payment policies, participant conduct, institutional representation, and compliance standards.

By applying to or participating in any program organized by The SACH Institute, individuals acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the policies outlined below.



Media & Photography Policy

Events organized by The SACH institute may include photography, video recording, and livestreaming for documentation and promotional purposes.

By participating in an event, attendees grant TDI International a non-exclusive worldwide license to use event media for:

  • promotional materials
  • official websites
  • social media
  • institutional reports

Participants who do not wish to appear in media materials must notify the Institute before the event.

Unauthorized recording of sessions is prohibited.



Anti-Harassment & Inclusion Policy

The SACH Institute maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or hostile conduct.

Violations may result in warnings, removal from events, or permanent exclusion from Institute programs.



Health, Safety & Participation Policy

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel and participate in events.

Participants should obtain travel insurance and comply with local laws, venue safety guidelines, and organizer instructions.

The Institute is not responsible for injury, illness, or loss of personal property during events.



Intellectual Property Policy

All intellectual property associated with programs organized by The SACH Institute remains the property of the Institute.

Participants may not reproduce or distribute conference materials without authorization.

Use of the Institute’s name or logo requires written permission.
