By applying to or participating in programs organized by The SACH Institute, participants agree to comply with the following terms and institutional policies.
Application and Participation Policy
Submission of an application to any conference, training, briefing, ambassador program, or initiative organized by the Institute does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are subject to institutional review and evaluation based on eligibility criteria, program capacity, and alignment with program objectives. The Institute reserves the right to accept, decline, or place applications on a waiting list at its sole discretion.
Accuracy of Information
Participants must ensure that all information submitted during the application or registration process is accurate and truthful. Submission of false or misleading information may result in cancellation of participation and disqualification from future programs.
Payment Compliance
Participants must address payment concerns directly with the Institute before initiating disputes with financial institutions or payment processors. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension or restriction from future participation.
Program Modifications
The SACH Institute reserves the right to modify event schedules, speakers, program agendas, or formats when necessary due to operational or logistical considerations.
Limitation of Liability
Participation in Institute programs is voluntary. The Institute shall not be held responsible for indirect or consequential damages related to participation, including travel disruptions, visa decisions, or personal losses.
Governing Law
All policies and participation terms shall be governed by the applicable legal framework underwhich the Institute operates.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Introduction
This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all payments, and cancellations related to conferences, trainings, briefings, and programs organized by The SACH Institute.
By registering for any event organized by the Institute, participants agree to comply with the provisions of this policy.
The registration and application processing fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including withdrawal of application, cancellation by the participant, visa refusal, non-selection for the program, or inability to attend the event.
2. General Policy
ll event registrations are subject to the refund and cancellation rules outlined in this policy.
Payments are processed through authorized third-party e-commerce payment gateways and financial service providers. The SACH Institute does not store payment card details.
Refunds, when applicable, will be issued through the original payment method or through another appropriate payment channel determined by the Institute.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Participants may request refunds under the following conditions.
Full Refund
Participants are eligible for a 100% refund if the cancellation request is submitted at least thirty-five (35) days before the official start date of the event.
Partial Refund
Participants may receive a partial refund of up to fifty percent (50%) if cancellation is requested between fifteen (15) and thirty-four (34) days prior to the event.
No Refund
Refunds will not be issued if:
- the cancellation request is submitted less than fifteen (15) days before the event, or
- the participant fails to attend the event.
4. Visa Refusal Refund
Participants who require a visa to attend a conference or program organized by The SACH Institute may request a refund in the event of a visa refusal.
To qualify for a visa refusal refund:
- the participant must provide official documentation issued by the embassy or consulate confirming the refusal
- the request must be submitted before the start date of the event
Eligible participants may receive up to eighty percent (80%) of the registration fee as a refund.
Administrative or processing costs may be deducted where applicable.
The SACH Institute may provide visa assistance and invitation letters but does not guarantee visa approval, as visa decisions are determined solely by government authorities.
5. No-Show Policy
Participants who fail to attend the event without submitting a cancellation request within the applicable timeframe will be classified as No-Show participants.
No-Show participants are not eligible for any refund.
6. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are typically processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) business days after verification and approval of the refund request.
Processing times may vary depending on banking institutions, payment gateways, and international transfer procedures.
7. Non-Transferable Registrations
Registrations for events organized by The SACH Institute are non-transferable.Registrations cannot be transferred to another event or participant unless explicitly authorized in writing by the Institute.
8. Administrative Charges
The SACH Institute reserves the right to deduct reasonable administrative, banking, or transaction fees incurred during payment processing from any approved refund.
9. Event Changes or Cancellation
The SACH Institute reserves the right to modify event schedules, venues, formats, or speakers when necessary due to operational or logistical considerations.
If an event is cancelled by the Institute, participants may be offered either:
- a full refund, or
- the option to participate in a rescheduled edition of the event.
10. Force Majeure
The SACH Institute shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Examples include:
- natural disasters
- political instability
- pandemics
- government restrictions
- transportation disruptions
In such circumstances, the Institute may reschedule the event or provide alternative participation arrangements.
11 Refund Request Procedure
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

- participant full name
- event name
- proof of payment
- reason for cancellation
- supporting documents if applicable
12. Minimum Participation Age
Participants must be at least sixteen (16) years old to attend events organized by The SACH Institute.
Participants under the age of eighteen may be required to provide parental or guardian consent.
13 Final Determination
The SACH Institute reserves the right to review and make the final determination on all refund requests in accordance with this policy and applicable laws.
By completing registration and payment, participants acknowledge that they have read and agreed to this policy.
